There was a surprising flavor tasted when I took my first bite of this bar. It was somewhat akin to a rubber note. With further tasting a floral and fruity aspect emerged, rose on the floral and apricot on the fruity. The aftertaste tapered off quickly with little notice. 7.9

There is a tart taste to this bar, but it does not rise to citrus level. I mostly notice a plummy fruitiness with a hint of banana. There is lingering bitterness in the aftertaste which stays longer than average. 9.1
