Great burst of flavor on first taste. Fruits like peach and berries comes to mind, also reminiscent of honey. Moderate bitterness, with a pleasant aftertaste. 9.5

Tart concord flavor, and somewhat astringent. This leads to a long, somewhat bitter aftertaste. There is a crisp snap in this well made bar. 7.6
