E. Guittard Quevedo 65% Cacao Pure Bittersweet Dark Chocolate from Ecuador

Initial burst of flavor, raspberry. Ringing pure sweet chocolate in the middle. A clean, but lingering, aftertaste of sweet chocolate. 8

From the package:

"Quevedo's extremely dark color foreshadows its powerful but flowery chocolate taste. The intensity of this rarefied Forastero varietal produces rich, green forest, tea and slight nut flavors with a lingering banana and pound cake finish."
