Tasting another bar of this today. I see the same characteristics mentioned in my post. I might have rated it slightly lower than 8, now that I'm using decimals. (Someone has suggested that I should convert to a 100 point scale, ala Wine Spectator.)
Strong citrus flavor -- tart. The sweetness of the chocolate supports the tartness, providing a clean finish with no bitterness. 8
