Recchiuti Semisweet 64% cacao

Simple flavor, not challenging. Sweet, no bitterness. Not spectacular. 7

I had fairly high expectations, and while this bar is not bad at all, it doesn't live up to the high marks I gave the Recchiuti Bittersweet bar.

    I'm working my way through the Recchiuti truffle collection, which suits their chocolate quite well.

    I seem to be getting in the habit of buying their Smores -- costly, but very tasty. This is the risk of having their store within a five minute walk of my desk.

    I'm enjoying another bar of Recchuiti Semisweet, and continue to be underwhelmed. I guess that's not surprising, is it?
