Scharffen Berger Camahogne (Grenada) 68% cacao

A burst of fruit flavor on first taste. Memorable. Clean taste profile, with a minor amount of bitterness. Rating: 8

  1. From the label:

Notes: A single-origin from Grenada, used as a cornerstone for our darkest chocolate blends.

Profile: Rich Chocolate with notes of prune and a hint of allspice.

  2. Subtle citrus flavors. Not normally a big fan of the Scharffen Berger dark chocolates but was quite impressed with this one.
