Trader's Joe's Chocolate Palette: Papua New Guinea
Pure chocolate flavor, subtle hint of citrus. No bitterness, so there's no aftertaste to speak of. A good starter dark chocolate for milk chocolate lovers. 6
Is this gluten free? Some friends gave me a bar of this since I grew up in Papua New Guinea, but I don't have the nutrition facts. I was recently diagnosed with celiac so I can't have wheat or eat anything that was even processed on the same equipment as wheat. Do you happen to have the nutrition facts or know where I could find them?
I no longer have this bar to check the label, but I don't remember it saying that it was gluten-free. I would recommend visiting the Trader Joe's website and submitting this question as a Product Information inquiry: http://www.traderjoes.com/about/index.asp

From the label:
"Marked fruity taste with a touch of spice. Ideal pairing: Merlot"
