I bought this Italian chocolate bar at the West Portal Daily newsstand. Unlike Fog City News, this stand has some chocolate bars, but is not a gourmet chocolate specialist. This Feletti bar, and it's siblings which I will review later, was the lone "interesting" chocolate I found at this stand.
