madécasse "dark & bold" Madagascar 75% cocoa

This bar is indeed darker and bolder than the 70% bar in the line, madécasse "smooth & rich" Madagascar 70% Cocoa, reviewed earlier. Bitterness is stepped up, but the flavor has been maintained. The citrus, though, is only a hint, with the rich cocoa dominating. The aftertaste lasts longer, though stays clean. 7.5

This note did not appear on the original label, but I found this on a bar I purchased today (8/20/12).
