Quite robust in cocoa flavor, with more bitterness than might be expected. Better experienced by chewing, which unleashes a sweet burst and tempers the bitterness. There is a healthy aftertaste, long but not chalky or bitter. 7.6The label mentioned "hints of almond and guava". I suppose that the sweetness I tasted when chewing the bar could have a guava component, but I do not taste any almond.
