This is another flavorful bar with beans from Belize. I taste caramel and raspberry flavors. The finish is smooth. The bar is well made, with a crisp snap. 9.0

This bar is high in cacao, and it shows in the taste. It borders on chalky and the bitterness is distinct. Earthy, with a touch of sweetness (honey?). 7.7
