This bar has an earthy/woody flavor frame, with bitterness appropriate for its 80% cacao. There is a touch of metallic taste in the mix. 8.3

The label reports flavors of "ripe figs, sour cherries and roasted nuts, with floral notes." I cannot say that I tasted any of these flavors in this bar.
