This bar is fairly bitter on initial tasting. The flavors underlying this are a a buttery toffee taste and a
roasted element akin to burnt sugar. The aftertaste is moderate, with the bitterness tapering off. 7.7The most significant aspect of Chapon bars is the beautiful wrapper design. The previous bar reviewed here from this company was Chapon Madagascar 75% cacao, which also has a nice design.
