Durci Peru Marañón Joya Rara 70% cacao

The taste of this bar starts with sweetness and develops into a palette of fruit and floral flavors. Some caramel flavor is present as well. Clean aftertaste and a nice finish. 8.9

From the label:
"Taste notes: floral, herbal, and vibrant stone fruit"
"Almost extinct at one point in time, the chocolate in your hand us named Joya Rara, or 'rare jewel,' for a reason. The cocoa gem, grown within the harsh Marañón River Valley in the Andes, must withstand dry heat bursts, gusting winds, and random tropical rainstorms. The only way these cocoa beans have survived is thanks to the gentle hands of local farmers who constantly replant them."
