Kasama Ecuador Costa Esmeraldas 70% cacao

The taste that stands out initially with this bar is a rich, warm chocolate, with some cherry flavor with a spice cake kick. The aftertaste is moderate with low bitterness. 7.9

"The single estate cacao beans used to make this chocolate are grown in Costa Esmeraldas (Emerald Coast) in northern Ecuador. This family owned and operated farm, situated on emerald green hills overlooking the ocean, grows unique strains of native Ecuadorian 'Nacional' cacao, which gives this chocolate notes of cassis, oak, and red wine."
