Bitter taste, more than expected for a 72%. Some grassy taste -- taste that reminds me of the smell of grass. Chalky finish. Nice thin pieces with a pretty flower (as shown on the packaging). 6

I wasn't impressed with this either.
Just tasted this bar again from a colleague who traveled to Switzerland. I mostly agree with my 2007 comments, but I would rate the bar closer to 7 (based on my other ratings). So, adding the decimal, I'll give this bar 6.8.
