As with other chocolate from Madagascar, this bar is very flavorful and fruity. Some citrus, but there are more cherry notes present than with other Madagascar chocolates. The bar is well made, though it has a lighter complexion than other 70% plus bars I've seen. Nice smooth finish, no bitterness. 8.1www.mastbrotherschocolate.com

I'm tasting this bar four years later. There's the same mix of flavors, but I am now finding more bitterness than I saw in my original review. Still, the overall effect is good and I would not change my rating.
I also notice that the label no longer has the comments found on the previous label regarding the taste profile of the bar. That's too bad.
