LAmourette Venezuela Ocumare 75% cacao

This bar is divided into fairly thick pieces. I find that this leads me to chew the pieces more than usual. When melting in the mouth the thick pieces dissolve slower. The taste is sharp and bitter, fairly earthy. The bitterness carries into the aftertaste. 7.7

This is a fairly pricey bar, which I purchased for $9 for a 28 gram bar, which is about $9 per ounce.

The "Best before" date marked on this bar was October 3018, but it does not seem to be degraded in any way in appearance or taste.
