Clean and rich cacao flavor, with minimal bitterness. 7.0One unique aspect of this bar (I have never seen this before) is that it is actually not a bar -- there are 18 individual piece laid out in a bar-shape package. Breaking chocolate bars can be messy and when (people to it with their hands) unsanitary. This solves both problems, with 18 pieces that are each exactly the right size. Sehr gut!
