The bar is as bitter as the 85% cacao contained in the bar would expect to demonstrate. The flavors are roasted with a tinge of coffee flavor. This is the third mass-produced chocolate bar tasted recently (counting the two Ritter Sport bars). The ingredients list on this bar is lengthy, more so than the Ritter bars.
