The bar is granulate, so the texture is crunchy with sugar crystals. It is also sweet for 72% cacao. The only flavor that is noticeable is straw-earthiness. The aftertaste is somewhat bitter, not in a pleasant way. 3.0Price: 5.40 Euro

The bar is one more from my trip to Europe. This was purchased in Italy from a local market. It has the dishonor of having the lowest rating of any bar on Choco Check.
